We understand that operational challenges may arise, and in certain cases, refunds or reimbursements may be warranted. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be provided to our courier company partners.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Courier companies may be eligible for refunds or reimbursement under the following circumstances:
- Service Disruptions Caused by Platform Errors: Technical issues on our platform leading to service failures.
- Customer Fraud or Misrepresentation: False customer information resulting in non-delivery.
- Incorrect Billing: Overcharges for canceled or unfulfilled services.
- Delayed Payment Processing: Significant delays in payout due to platform errors.
- Undeliverable Orders Due to Customer Error: Incorrect recipient details or unavailable recipients.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Courier operational delays.
- Driver or employee negligence.
- Force majeure events such as extreme weather conditions.
- Partial delivery due to non-compliance with customer instructions.
3. Refund Process
